How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not in the app’s own settings. On your iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Stiffless and tap Cancel subscription. You can also tap the reminder Stiffless sends before your free trial ends, which opens your subscription settings.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial or current period ends.
How do I restore my purchase?
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe. In Stiffless, go to Settings, tap Stiffless Premium at the top, then tap Restore purchases. It is also at the bottom of the plans screen that opens when you start a routine marked Premium. Premium unlocks again if the subscription is active.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds, so we cannot issue refunds or see your payment details. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, choose Request a refund and select Stiffless.
Where is my data?
Your data stays on your iPhone. There is no account, and your plan, breaks, pain ratings and answers are never sent to us or any server. That also means we cannot see, recover or move your data for you. If you set up a new iPhone from a backup of your old one, your data comes with it.
To remove everything, open Stiffless, go to Settings and tap Delete all data. Your subscription stays as it is. More details are in the privacy policy.
My reminders are not showing
- Check that notifications are on: open the Settings app, tap Notifications, then Stiffless, and turn on Allow Notifications.
- A Focus, such as Work or Do Not Disturb, can hold reminders back. To let them through, open Settings › Focus, choose the Focus, and add Stiffless under allowed apps.
- If you use Scheduled Summary, Stiffless reminders may wait for the next summary. Turn it off for Stiffless in Settings › Notifications › Scheduled Summary.
- Reminders come at the time and on the work days you chose when you set up your plan.
A note on safety
Stop if any move makes your pain worse.
Stiffless offers general wellness routines and is not medical advice. If you have an injury or ongoing pain, or if you are unsure whether a move is right for you, talk to a doctor or physical therapist before you start.
